BUYING PRODUCTS AT WWW.BARUNDSHOP.COM
When shopping at www.barundshop.com, you find an item which you like, choose the wanted color, quantity and size, and then press "PLACE IN SHOPPING BAG". Your item will now be placed in your shopping bag, which you will find in the right corner of the top menu. To continue to check out press "GO TO SHOPPINGBAG". Please check that all information is correct and accept the order via ”CHECKOUT”. Follow the instruction step by step and fill out the form with your personal contact information. Shortly after, you will receive an account confirmation on e-mail.
By purchasing an item at www.barundshop.com you must fill out personal information as name, address and information about payment. When your order has been executed you will receive an order confirmation in an e-mail.
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an invoice and a personal track and trace number, which you will always be able to track on Post Danmarks homepage www.postdanmark.dk
All the prices on the website are including VAT and other taxes.
When you shop at www.barundshop.com agreements are made in Danish and with reference to Danish legislation.
 
PAYMENT
Can pay directly with Visa cash in advance, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB - easy, safe and without risk of abuse, as all customer information is encrypted and thus can only be read by the customer and PBS. When you use your debit card, the amount booked in PBS with the same, but the amount will only be deducted when we ship your order. We unfortunately do not deliver orders per the requirement.
 
DUTY & VAT
If you place an order from another EU-country, you have to pay Danish VAT, but no duty because of the regulations of goods free flow in the EU. If you, on the other hand, place an order from a country outside the EU, there might be added local VAT and duty which we cannot be hold responsible by. If that is the case, you will be contacted by the firm handling the shipping. Please notice that this can delay the forwarding, because of the items being detained in the customs office. If it is so, then it is your own responsibility to contact the firm taking care of the shipping, and in consequence to pay any certain extra costs. The Danish VAT will of course be deducted.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT
Barundshop will endeavor to send goods within 2-4 working days after the customer order is registered. The product will, as far as possible, be sent by parcel post or maxi letter. At the time when the goods ordered surrendered to Post Denmark transferred the risk that the goods ordered perishes or damage due to unforeseeable circumstances, including third party relationship, the Post Denmark. Only at the time when the ordered goods are brought into the buyer's possession, passes the risk that the goods ordered perishes or damage due to accidental circumstances, the buyer.
 
PRICES / SHIPPING FEE
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR) including 25% VAT. Other special taxes is paid by the buyer. Always free delivery to all destinations.
 
RETURNS / COMPLAINTS
Barundshop providing 14 days full withdrawal. This means that you can return your goods within 14 days from delivery date, provided that the product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Have you received a defective product, the product will be exchanged and shipping costs will be credited to your account. Buyer shall bear the costs associated with returns. Enclosed leaflet, please return the enclosed return. Wanted money back, your credit will be deposited into your account as soon as we receive the product back.

When shopping at www.barundshop.com you have the right to complain about an item until 24 months after receipt. This means that you can either choose to get the item repaired, exchange it, have your money reimbursed or get a reduction in price, but only if the complaint is legitimate and if the defect is not caused by misuse or other injurious behavior.
The complaint must be made within reasonable time of discovering the defect. If the complain is made within 2 months after discovering the defect, then the complaint will always be in time.

we reserve the right for:

  • Sold out items
  • Barundshop makes reservations for misprints, price errors, color deviations at pictures, etc. in Shopping. They will also subject to VAT and duty changes, changes in price and sold out products. Any offer is valid while stocks last. Please note that we do not guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of an incorrect stock balance affecting your order we promise to contact you.
Any circumstance which barundshop has no control over such:
labor dispute, strikes, lockouts, war, mobilization, sequestration, currency restrictions, transportation barriers, transportation delays, restrictions on driving, fire, fire, terrorism, missing or defective deliveries from subcontractors, etc.
